Had quite the eventful day yesterday. Was cooking lunch and was frying potato cakes. One of them slipped off my hand and dropped into the HOT oil. Resulting a rushed trip to Urgent Care. The Dr. said I have at least 10 2nd degree burns from my wrist to close to my elbow. SO now I have 3 weeks till it will heal and in the mean time very little use of my right arm. My Grandma is coming tomorrow to help for a few days.Here are a few pics from it all.
